This place has no servers and seemingly no physical menus. They have you scan a QR code to review the menu and order. This makes group orders almost impossible. We cam with a group for a birthday and it did not work out well. I am assuming the reason for this os because the owners are trying to save money on labor (even though they only pay $2.13/hr and have a sly way to get you to subsidize their poor labor practices we will talk about shortly.) Not having servers probably works great on paper for the owners, but in practice for the customers it is an awful experience. Millenials and Gen Zers can probably work the system well enough but older generations struggle. It took our parents almost 15 mins just to figure out how to get to the menu. Because of the lack of menus and servers we had to order separately. There was an hour in between the time the first food was delivered and the last person's food was delivered. The food it's self is mediocre at best. If you want a drink you have to order it from the QR menu, and sometimes it just doesn't come. If you want a beer that's not in the QR menu though, you have to get up and go to the bar for that. When you order food, drinks, or beer it will automatically select a tip amount of 25% for the server. Explain to me why these servers need more than the average tip amount when they are essentially just kitchen food runners? Very sly, very shady. Maybe pay them better or something idk? Also good luck getting the drinks you order if they aren't beer from the bar and you didn't order it with your food. This was our first time here and we won't be back. I will also be telling others not to come here as well. The QR menu with no servers is the most disrespectful way you can tell your customers and employees you don't care about them you just care about money. Oh and the food pricing is badly overpriced but I'm guessing if you read this far you probably assumed that already. Normally I don't do bad reviews but this place is just comically pathetic.
Food is okay. $14 for a brisket sandwich seemed a bit steep for not a lot of meat. They also hit me with $2 service fee and a $5 gratuity/service fee. I’ve never seen that on a takeout order before.
Nice atmosphere with friendly staff. I went for the burnt ends, but they didn't have any. Pulled pork and chicken wings were dry and overcooked, macaroni and cheese was bland (didn't care for the chips on top), baked beans and pickles were good. Fries were salty.
If you want an upsettingly small amount of food for the overpriced cost and somehow tasteless BBQ with a wateryeqsue flavor - you should definitely eat here. Can't speak to the service or atmosphere but assumedly the staff are underpaid, understaffed and doing their best.
We've been once to see sit outside and see music and we've ordered take out once. …
My first visit was enjoyable. This place has a very cool, laid back vibe to it. I was day drinking so only popped in for a few but did grab lunch. I had some very very very good chicken wings! Over all it was a great visit. I'm planning to get back very soon. 5 ✨'s!!
Great BBQ and the Mac and Cheese but beer was not very cold and didn’t give much fries.
We went with a large group (20 people). My husband and I were one of the first in the group to order. After everyone in our group had their food but us I asked an employee to check on the order. 10 minutes later she came back with a …
